Thomas Jefferson

Thomas Jefferson, intellectual and fair patriot of the U.S. He contributed in making the Declaration of Independence and the laws still used today. He helped construct the colonization of the with the delegates. The main issue being fundamental rights and freedom being established. This is what most of the 19th century revolved around and slavery.

People have the authority to know their basic rights. As in the declaration it provides them clearly one being “All men are created equal”. This quote meaning the treatment and respect. The quote was not accurately true for having African Americans being only consider 3/5 of a person. Also, they had scarcity of rights with a majority of them being enslaved.

Benjamin making this law was a slave owner himself. Also, he had a reasonable amount of mixed children. He enslaved some and freed others (you call this equality). He spoke of false reasoning and began a new era of century. He made a new scale for mixed ethnic children.
If a white person and mixed with black blood then you make a mulatto. This is considered a half-breed. This same pattern stays continuous for mulattos having off springs and etc. These events took place while generating towards the 20th century. This brought a new stepping stone to the American liberalizations and also many conflicts for slaves.
